金沢城-Kanazawa Castle
Kanazawa Castle was first costructed by Sakuma Morimasa, retainer of Oda Nobunaga, but it has been well-known as the residential castle of Maeda family since Toshiie Maeda first entered the castle in 1583. It burnt down a few times in its history. Only the Ishikawa Gate and the Sanjikken Nagaya samurai dwelling house are the original buildings left.
金沢城は 織田信長の家臣、佐久間盛政が築城したのが始まりですが、1583年に前田利家が入城して以来、前田家の居城として広く知られています。何度か火災により現存する遺構は石川門と三十間長屋（軍備倉）だけです。
金沢城は兼六SIMにあります。
