名古屋城-Nagoya Castle
Nagoya Castle was constructed in the beginning of the Edo Period for one of the three Tokugawa family branches, the Owari. It was rebuilt after World War II. Today, the interior of the castle is a modern museum displaying the castle's history. A pair of golden shachihoko statues on the top of the roof is a popular symbol of the Nagoya Castle.
